The Core Program (Three Days)

The core program accommodates up to four participants. During the sessions, all participants contribute to the target presentation. Each participant also develops and is coached on his or her own presentation.

This program is customized for one company preparing a target presentation such as a product launch, project approval, press tour, conference keynote, investor pitch, venture capital investment or private placement.

Day One: Story Development & Graphics Design

In this full day session, Jerry provides Story Development techniques, based on his international best-seller, Presenting to Win, named by Fortune magazine as one of eight must-reads; and then applies these techniques to help create a first draft of a specific presentation.  He goes on to provide Graphics Design techniques; and then applies these to help create a first draft of the storyboard of that presentation.

The deliverable is a narrative run-through of the story board.

Upon adjournment, the participants go off to polish their presentations.

Day Two: Delivery Skills

In this full day session, Jerry provides Delivery Skills techniques based on his latest book, The Power Presenter.  He then coaches each participant using videotape recording and analysis based on his experience as a television producer/director at CBS.  He also draws on his extensive archive of videos of famous speakers as role models, among them Ronald Reagan, John F. Kennedy and Barack Obama.

The deliverable is a natural, conversational style for each participant.

The end of this session is allocated to a review of the presentation as it has evolved during the intersession.

Day Three: Q&A and Culmination

This day, based on Jerry’s third book and DVD, In the Line of Fire, begins with Question & Answer skills and practice.  This session includes additional archival videos of famous speakers as role models of what to, and what not to do. The day also includes a unique skill called Graphics Synchronization wich integrates delivery skills, narrative, graphic design and animation.

The day culminates in a full, battle conditions run-through of the evolved presentation, integrating the skills from all three sessions.

The Master Class (Three Days)

The Master Class is designed for groups of 10 or more participants, and follows the Core Program structure and content. It provides a cost effective approach for large affinity groups within one company. In the Master Class, all the participants learn the same basic techniques, as in the Core program, but only a Master Student receives direct coaching. The Master Student serves as a role model for the other participants.

The IPO Roadshow Program (Four Days)

This program is Jerry’s original IPO program given to many of today’s top tech companies and their senior management. This version of our Core Program is focused on a company preparing for its IPO Roadshow. The program includes four non-consecutive days of skills and coaching.

Days One through Three are the same as those in the core program, with additional information specific to the IPO Roadshow.

Day Four involves the underwriting Investment Bankers in a working group review of the evolved IPO Roadshow. The Investment Bankers also participate in additional Q&A practice. This program accommodates up to four participants. The CEO and the CFO attend all days, while other key executives participate as needed.
